This is a webinar for vascular surgical and interventional radiology trainees and junior consultants.
By the end of the webinar, attendees will:
- Understand the concept of treating patients with EVAR ‘outside instructions for use’.
- Understand the implications of the NICE guidelines on aortic practice.
Mr Jonathan Boyle
Mr Jonathan Boyle is a consultant Vascular surgeon at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. He is Vice-President of the Vascular Society of GBI, Past President of BSET and the Rouleaux Club. He has contributed both significantly to vascular surgical training as the SAC Chair from 2015-2018 and also to vascular surgical governance as Clinical Lead for the National Vascular Registry (NVR) 2017-2020 and has led the introduction of the PAD-QIF and capture of aortic devices and long-term outcomes within the NVR. He has a vast experience of EVAR with initial involvement in 1995 constructing hand made grafts in Leicester.
