The submission should include a signed declaration on a word document, stating the originality of the work being submitted and the authors contribution to the content with a corresponding author’s email details before the closing date midday on Monday 31st August 2026.
The abstracts will be reviewed, and the highest scoring abstracts will be invited to give an oral presentation or submit a poster presentation during the two-day conference being held at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh on 22nd and 23rd October 2026.
The review panel will be looking at the impact any innovation would be likely to make to the profession. Clinical case presentations and audits involving digital intelligence or innovative approaches to clinical care should demonstrate or discuss the wider clinical application and impact.

Posters will be expected to be displayed throughout the whole conference and attended at a time to be confirmed.
