Douglas Guthrie History of Medicine Lectureship

The Douglas Guthrie History of Medicine lectureship invites on individual to present work on The History of Medicine at an event held by RCSEd or RCPEd.
This lectureship seeks to commemorate Dr Guthrie who after serving in WWI became a consultant ENT surgeon at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital for sick children. After his retirement, he focused on the history of medicine, and founded the Scottish Society of History of Medicine in 1948.
