To log in to your RCSEd account, please visit the login page here and enter your registered email address and password (this is the address you have chosen as your preferred contact email address). This will take you to the My Profile section of the website.

You can find your College Reference Number within the My Profile section of the College website, via your RCSEd online account. The number will also be included in emails from the College. Please quote this number on any email or telephone contact with the College.

Log in to your RCSEd online account and visit Email Preferences to opt in to receive emails about events and opportunities at the College.

Please find your digital PDF diploma attached to your Welcome email.

If you have opted in to attend a diploma ceremony, you will receive your physical diploma at your ceremony. Please indicate your preferred ceremony date(s) in the survey linked in your welcome email. The Ceremonial Team will follow up to confirm which date you have been placed on, or offer an alternative date if none of your preferred dates are available.

Please do not book any travel or accommodation until you receive confirmation of your place at a ceremony.

If you have opted in to attend a diploma ceremony and require your physical diploma to be posted to you- please email membership@rcsed.ac.uk to arrange delivery of your diploma. You will then be presented with a replica diploma tube during your ceremony.

If you have not opted in to attend a diploma ceremony, your physical diploma will be posted out to you. This will arrive within 12 weeks of your election date. You will receive tracking details via email once posted. We require a full postal address in the correct format including street name, town and postcode (if there is one). You can update this on your online profile here. Insufficient address details may delay the delivery of your diploma.

If you were opted in, and now no longer wish to attend a ceremony, please email membership@rcsed.ac.uk. Your physical diploma will be posted out to you. This will arrive within 12 weeks. Yes, you can use your digital PDF diploma and letter from the Head of RCSEd Membership as a form of membership verification which you can present to your regulatory body until your physical diploma arrives.

You can sign up to register your interest to attend a diploma ceremony via the link provided in your email.

Please only select dates that you are confident you will be able to attend. If you are offered your preferred ceremony date and later cancel, please note that we can only offer one alternative date.

Our Ceremonial Team will be in touch with you to let you know if this has been accepted.

Please let our Ceremonial Team know if you can no longer attend the ceremony date you have signed up for by emailing ceremonial@rcsed.ac.uk.

Please note, if you need to cancel your diploma ceremony for the first time, we will be happy to reschedule you for a future ceremony. However, if you have already cancelled two ceremony dates, we are unable to offer any further rescheduled ceremonies.

The majority of our diploma ceremonies are held at our RCSEd Edinburgh campus in the historic Playfair Hall. We also hold a limited number of ceremonies at international locations and other venues in Edinburgh. The venue for your ceremony will be confirmed when your ceremony date is offered to you.

Yes, you can bring guests to your diploma ceremony. Please note that the number of guests permitted may be limited depending on your ceremony venue. The Ceremonial Team will confirm your guest allocation when your ceremony booking is confirmed.

For ceremonies in Playfair Hall, children must be aged 8 or over to enter the ceremonial hall. A separate viewing room is available for children under 8, who must always be accompanied by an adult.
