The RCSEd Faculty of Dental Surgery invites nominations for the role of Vice Dean (UK). Applicants must be a current or former member of Dental Council of RCSEd, a FDS Fellow in good standing and in good standing with the GDC or their local regulator.
This position is suitable for individuals who would like to play a key strategic role within FDS as a Member of Dental Executive, a key member of Dental Council and a close advisor to the Vice President (Dental Dean). It is an ideal opportunity for an individual seeking a more senior role in FDS.
It is an elected position with the nominees being elected by the current members of RCSEd Dental Council. The position is on a voluntary basis, with expenses reimbursed, and includes support for travel and accommodation as needed. The estimated time commitment is around 33 days per annum.
The position is ideally suited to an individual who is committed to giving back to the dental profession and playing a key role in supporting and engaging with our diverse, friendly and committed community of practice.
