Our panellists include:

  • Mr Neil Smart - Consultant Colorectal Surgeon, Exeter. Editor in Chief Colorectal Disease.
  • Mr James Royle - Consultant Colorectal Surgeon, Sunderland. Mr Royle's interests include rectal cancer, IBD, minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic/robotics), hernia including complex (AWR, parastomal, open and minimally invasive techniques). He is involved in teaching and training,  and is active in clinical research.
  • Miss Oroog Ali (Chair) - Post CCT Colorectal Fellow, general and colorectal surgery, North East England.
  • Prof Aali Sheen - President British Hernia Society.
