This month Sophie Lewis (Paediatric Surgery registrar and NOTF) is joined by Ewan Brownlee (Paediatric Urology Consultant Surgeon University Southampton General and NOTPD) and Marie-Klaire Farrugia (Paediatric Urology Consultant, Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation/West London Children's Hospital Alliance) to discuss the challenges in the management of vesicoureteric reflux (VUR), including which patients to investigate, and how to select patients who may need surgical intervention, and why.
