The chart provides information on our membership application statuses. Please note that the statuses change as our membership team process an application.
Please note that there may be a delay in a change to an application status, especially at the awaiting payment stage, while our systems accrue any payments to an account.
Once the election and / or subscription fees have been paid, you’ll be petitioned for election. We hold elections on the 15th of each month. Please note that the deadline for each election is the first of the month. Any applications submitted after the 1st will be petitioned for election the following month.
All elected Members and Fellows will receive a welcome letter, digital diploma and a verification letter on or around the 15th of the month via email.
We will then create your diploma, which will be signed by our President and Office Bearers.
