Membership Application Status

The chart provides information on our membership application statuses. Please note that the statuses change as our membership team process an application.

Please note that there may be a delay in a change to an application status, especially at the awaiting payment stage, while our systems accrue any payments to an account.

Form Incomplete
The application has been received but is missing critical information therefore it has been returned to applicant
Form Received
The application has been received for processing to next stage of joining process
Approved for Scoring
The application has been received and has been submitted to the scoring panel (This status is used for FDT, FST and FRRHH applications)
Application Returned
The application has been received but is missing critical information so returned to applicant
Application Processed
The application has been received and has been processed by the membership department to appear on the election ballot
Audit Check Application
The application has been received but is now part of an audit check from the membership department. This status is mostly used for applications where further checks and verifications are required.
Application Awaiting Payment
The application has been received and online payment link(s) have been issued, but payment(s) have not been received, or have yet to be processed and matched with the applicant’s profile. Payments may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Application Complete
The application is successful and awaiting processing to election
Application Unsuccessful
The application has been received but not the applicant is not eligible for any level of Membership

Once the election and / or subscription fees have been paid, you’ll be petitioned for election. We hold elections on the 15th of each month. Please note that the deadline for each election is the first of the month. Any applications submitted after the 1st will be petitioned for election the following month.

All elected Members and Fellows will receive a welcome letter, digital diploma and a verification letter on or around the 15th of the month via email.

We will then create your diploma, which will be signed by our President and Office Bearers.
