The RCSEd Younger Fellows’ (YF) Committee would like to invite applicants to apply for the role of RCSEd YF Committee Member.

A YF is defined as any surgeon who has obtained Fellowship within the last 10 years.

The aim of the group is to facilitate younger surgeons of all disciplines to get involved in College life and feedback their opinions on professional issues to Council through the Younger Fellows’ Committee, as well as provide an outlet to discuss frustrations or share success stories with new friends and like-minded colleagues.

There are five Committee Member roles available.

Amongst other duties, the successful candidates will be involved in the organisation of regional meetings, a residential forum and contribute to initiatives developed within the YF committee, and have the opportunity to represent the group in other college forums.
