Faculty of Surgical Trainers

The Faculty of Surgical Trainers is pleased to present a series of webinars aimed at supporting and developing surgeons in their role as surgical trainers. We will cover a number of topics including the ISCP profile for the trainer, Concepts Underpinning Training in Surgery, Multiple Consultant Reports, mentoring and coaching, developing learning agreements with trainees, trainees in difficulty and maximising training opportunities in the working day. This series will have relevance for all those who have an active interest or involvement in surgical training.
