Coping and leading during a COVID pandemic

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in collaboration with an expert leadership panel, plan to offer support to the whole surgical team with strategies and a toolkit to deal with work pressures that may have arisen with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to recognising your personality strengths, this series will potentially highlight strategies and measures to be taken that will help you to be resilient and thrive despite working in a challenging and ever-changing environment. Being able to identify your persona and that of others, you will be able to develop techniques to work better and more effectively in your team, and across your organisation.

It is hoped that these measures will help you cope with the strain working through a pandemic and also stand you good stead for the future.
