Localisation of non-palpable breast tumours workshop

Aimed at: Surgeons, theatre staff, pathologists, radiologists, radiographers and nuclear medicine physicists are all expected to benefit from this course. We recommend that the whole team from one trust attend to facilitate setting up the service. This two-day workshop will provide multiple presentations and videos showing various techniques of localisation of non-palpable breast lesions, how to set up the service and hands-on demonstration of the required equipments. The second day will provide live demonstration of surgery in theatre for surgeons. Other candidates can visit relevant departments to observe the details of the techniques.
