RCSEd Response to Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Bill

From today, 13 September 2018, the maximum sentence for attacks on Emergency Service workers will double from six to twelve months.

From today, 13 September 2018, the maximum sentence for attacks on Emergency Service workers will double from six to twelve months.  This will include paramedics, nurses and other emergency clinicians as well as prison officers and fire fighters.
