The EAU guidelines have become the most comprehensive and most trusted urological surgical practice guidelines globally; they are now endorsed by 72 countries. This session will give an overview of the latest updates and highlights, as well as providing an insight into the role of evidence-based practice in guideline development.

Chairman, Guidelines Office Board at European Association of Urology & Professor of Urology, University of Aberdeen

Professor N’Dow is Professor of Urological Surgery and Director of the Academic Urology Unit at the University of Aberdeen. He is the Chairman of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Office Board of the European Association of Urology. His research interests are in Global health, evidence synthesis and evidence based practice, large observational studies and multicentre randomised clinical trials.
