Overview

This webinar is designed to help you to assess men presenting with lower urinary tract symptoms caused by bladder outlet obstruction.

It will concentrate on their out patient care and will also cover both surgical and non surgical treatments.

Speakers

Stuart Irving

Stuart Irving is an Endourological Surgeon at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, UK. He has been a consultant in Norwich for over 18 years and work as part of a team managing complex stone disease from all over the East of England.

A significant amount of his time is committed to education. He is an Academic Head of Year at Norwich Medical School (UEA). He leads the stone module for the MCh Degree at the University of Edinburgh. He was awarded fellowship of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers in 2015 and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy in 2019. He is an active reviewer for a number of peer reviewed urology journals.

 

 

Will Finch

Will Finch is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. His Endourology interests include kidney stone disease, investigation and management of other upper tract abnormalities, laparoscopic kidney procedures and laser prostate surgery for BPH.

He is a committed teacher involved in regional and national training courses aimed at early years Urology trainees, through to the final FRCS (Urol) revision course as well as technical teaching on specialist stone / endourology skills courses. He is PCNL audit lead for the BAUS section of endourology and is a reviewer for several peer reviewed Urology Journals.
