RCSEd Dental Dean Attends the American Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (AAPD) Meeting in Orlando

RCSEd Dental Dean Professor Phil Taylor attended the American Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (AAPD) meeting 2023 in Orlando Florida, where he met with the current president, Professor Amr Moursi and the CEO Dr John Rutkauskas about a joint meeting of this society and RCSEd.
AAPD, founded in 1947, is the not-for-profit professional membership association representing the specialty of paediatric dentistry. The meeting continues education to the largest gathering of paediatric dentists in the country, in addition to a growing international attendance.
The meeting is composed of educational sessions geared towards all levels for the paediatric dentist and their entire team whether they are just starting their career or are seasoned professionals. This meeting is the highlight of the year for AAPD, attracting over 30 percent of their member dentists, their staffs and families. Delegates had the opportunity to meet and interact with over 4,500 professionals to discuss products and services that streamline practice management, improve treatment technologies and help paediatric dentists excel as the specialist in their field.
