The RCSEd Faculty of Dental Surgery Signs Memorandum of Understanding with BAOS

We are delighted to announce that the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the British Association of Oral Surgery (BAOS). This is an important cooperation between two major UK Dental bodies and signifies the importance that RCS Edinburgh places in the training and support of our specialty colleagues.
The BAOS will as part of this understanding be availing itself of our communications to existing and potential new members, use and support of our platform for webinars and has the permission to use our logo on its promotional material indicating our close relationship in advancing the specialty of Oral Surgery across the world.
Professor Phil Taylor, Dean of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, announced that ‘’this exciting new move is just the beginning of a series of innovative strategies we have in the pipeline with many of the major UK specialist societies’’.
