Please Note: Full places have now been booked however there is the opportunity to attend as an Assistant. Delegates signed up as assistant will have the chance to be the first assistant in the following procedures: right hemicolectomy, subtotal colectomy, anterior resection, splenectomy and bleeding & perforated duodenal ulcer. They will have an understanding of the surgical anatomy related to the procedure, operative steps and the principles of how to perform the procedure safely. Once you have booked onto this course, you will be expected to send a copy of your consolidated e-LogBook to: education@rcsed.ac.uk. The Course Director will then review your e-LogBook for suitability to attend and we will be in touch to advise whether you have been accepted. If unsuccessful, your fees will be fully refunded.
