*At the time of publication (December 2021), we recognise that there is some continuing uncertainty around UK face-to-face events in 2022, particularly due to the emergence of different COVID-19 variant strains and any future actions or restrictions that may need to be applied in response. For this reason, we want to reassure registrants that the RCSEd Triennial Conference and ICOSET event will be run in strict accordance with any safety measures or regulations required at the time. The safety of our staff, members and guests is our priority consideration. If, at any stage, we feel that the ability to run the event safely is compromised by the COVID-19 situation we will either: a) consider the potential to run the event virtually; b) postpone the event to an alternative date and time; or b) cancel the event completely. In the event of postponement, registrants will have the option to transfer their registration fee to the alternative date and time or request a full refund.
