Professor of Anatomy
Following the retirement of the current Professor of Anatomy, RCSEd wishes to appoint a replacement for this important post, whose primary role will be to support the College in its delivery and development of anatomy teaching.
The successful applicant will be an anatomist, or a clinician with an interest in anatomy. The post will be based within the Education Section, under the direction of the Convener of Education. Working closely with the Convener, the Director of Professional Activities, the Skills Centre Manager and Course Directors as appropriate, the post holder will deliver anatomy teaching on courses as required, advise the College on matters relating to anatomy and support the delivery and advancement of anatomy education across the course portfolio.
The post carries an honorarium of £12,000 per annum.
