About the Role

The College is recruiting for a new post of HR Advisor which will play an integral role in supporting the Senior HR Advisor in ensuring the department effectively manages its day-to-day running & operational plan. This is an exciting time to be joining the College as the function moves to embark on progressive programmes of organisational development & HRM. The postholder will support our department and its friendly dedicated HR team, by providing a generalist and effective HR Advisory level service.  Please see the Job Description for further details.

Experience/Qualifications/Key Skills

Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in an HR or business-related subject you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working at an HR Advisory level, effectively supporting managers with people management practices, leading on case work, and possession of a strong understanding of employment law and its application in the workplace.  In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail and an ability to work well to your own initiative to achieve assignments effectively and as part of a team.  You will also have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, experience in efficiently prioritising and managing competing demands, and an excellent ability to produce high-quality, clear and concise written work.
