About the Role
Reporting to the AOS Manager, this role is primarily to provide specialist support and troubleshoot day to day activity for key Business Information Systems within the College in relation to a variety of departments and business activities.
The post holder also contributes to the ongoing development of systems functionality by analysis of business processes and procedures and helping write requirements that feed into ongoing systems development work in support of projects, initiatives and long term goals.
The identification and delivery of training to systems users throughout the College is a key feature of the position as well as being key in the testing and rolling out of new systems functionality as it evolves.
The College is currently undertaking a long term project to migrate a number of key Business Information Systems. Whilst legacy systems need to be maintained until replacement, the future will involve key Microsoft cloud technologies including D365, M365 and Azure. Skills or experience in these areas will be beneficial.
Occasional travel may be required.

This is a superb opportunity for an individual who has technical problem solving skills and experience providing specialist support to business users at a variety of levels.
You will be educated to a minimum degree level or have demonstrable experience with good educational standards.
