Why is wellbeing important?

1st March 2021

Overview

This webinar is an introduction to Wellbeing Week, and is intended to get us all talking about the importance of wellbeing and how it can be achieved.

As the first webinar of the RCSEd Trainees’ Committee Wellbeing Week, we will get the discussion started as to what we actually mean by wellbeing, why is it important and how we hope to achieve it. Join us as we hear from a range of speakers about what wellbeing means to them and how we can promote a healthy home and work environment.
