Surgical Lead for the eLogbook
Following the retirement of the current Surgical lead for the eLogbook, RCSEd wishes to appoint a replacement for this important post, whose primary role will be to support the College in its running and strategic development of the eLogbook on behalf of the surgical Colleges of the UK.
The successful applicant will be a clinician with involvement in using the eLogbook as a trainer and ideally a Training Programme Director.
The post will be based within the Education Section, under the direction of the Convener of Education. Working closely with the Convener, the Director of Professional Activities and the Applications and Online Services team who develop and maintain the eLogbook software.
The post holder will Chair the Intercollegiate eLogbook Redevelopment Group and the eLogbook Specialty Leads Group, advise the College on matters relating to the eLogbook and support the strategic development and running of the service.
