RCSEd Expands International Exams Portfolio to Malta

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is pleased to announce that it is expanding its international examinations portfolio by bringing the Intercollegiate MRCS Part B OSCE examination to Malta for the first time this summer, from 21-22 July 2018.

RCSEd Head of Examinations Mrs Elizabeth McKinney-Bennett said:

“The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is one of the largest surgical colleges in the world, with memberships approaching 25,000, stretching across over 100 countries. From Australia to Trinidad, year by year, our international activity continues to grow. Last year, we hosted in excess of 100 exams in over 70 locations across the world for nearly 6,000 surgeons and dentists.

“We are proud to have approximately 100 RCSEd Fellows and Members based in Malta, and we are delighted to be bringing the Intercollegiate MRCS Part B OSCE there for the first time this summer, from 21-22 July 2018. The MRCS examination is a crucial milestone in a surgical career and we are committed to supporting our international membership where we can by offering our professional development and career support.”

The closing date for the July diet of the examination is 25 May 2018.
