The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is pleased to launch today an emodule as part of #LetsRemoveIt anti-bullying and undermining campaign.

This emodule is designed to inform participants about what constitutes bullying and undermining behaviour in the workplace and aims to equip you with the tools to respond to this behaviour if you should encounter it.

On successful completion of the emodule, participants will be able to download a CPD certificate confirming that they have been awarded one hour of CPD time.

Commenting on the launch of the emodule, Ms Alice Hartley, a Trainee Member on RCSEd’s Council and Group Leader for the College’s anti-bullying and undermining campaign said:

“The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh has a zero tolerance approach to bullying, undermining and harassment and categorically condemns this in all circumstances.

“Since the launch of our #LetsRemoveIt campaign in June, we have had overwhelming support from health professionals across a number of fields. We hope this online resource will offer guidance not only to those in surgery and dentistry, but to all health professionals to help inform and encourage a change in the culture in the workforce.”
