New Vice-Presidents elected at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh

JD and GLMr John Duncan OBE (left) and Professor Graham Layer (right) have been elected as Vice-Presidents of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh today, 18th September 2015. They will join President-Elect, Mr Mike Lavelle-Jones, in taking up office following the Edinburgh College’s Annual General Meeting on Friday 13thNovember. The term of office for the Vice-Presidents is three years.

Making the announcement, current RCSEd President Mr Ian Ritchie said:

“I am very pleased to announce the election of John Duncan and Graham Layer following today’s Vice-Presidential vote count. I am sure our membership, staff and all those associated with the College will join me in congratulating both John and Graham on their election and in wishing the new Presidential team well for their term of office over the next three years.”
