President to visit New Zealand for RACS Conference

The President of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) will visit Auckland next week to speak at the Annual Meeting of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).

At the meeting, held from 6-10 May, Mr Ian Ritchie will discuss the changing role of the RCSEd, both within the UK and internationally.

Ian RitchieCommenting on the visit, Mr Ritchie said:

"I very much look forward to attending the RACS conference and to meeting our Fellows and Members.

"For the RCSEd, this is a great opportunity to build on existing relationships and discuss shared professional concerns with our Australasian colleagues."


The RCSEd has around 20,000 members worldwide, including over 1000 Fellows and Members in Australia and New Zealand.
