The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is hosting a Regional Forum for Fellows, Members and Affiliates at the Ramada Hotel, Shaw's Bridge, Belfast, from 6pm to 9pm, on Wednesday 10 April 2013.

Open to all the RCSEd membership, from students to senior consultants, the evening will be attended by RCSEd Office Bearers, Council Members and Northern Irish Regional Surgical Adviser, Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon at Craigavon Area Hospital, Mr Sean Patton.

The evening will begin with a talk from the College President, Mr Ian Ritchie, followed by an opportunity to discuss current issues affecting the surgical profession. Topics for discussion will be varied and may include outcomes and revalidation, patient advocacy and training surgeons for the future needs of the NHS.

The event is designed for the College to engage with the membership and listen to your views on how the College can support you throughout your surgical career. Refreshments will be served afterwards, and there will be an opportunity for networking with speakers and attendees.
