RACS Invites Applicants for the Rowan Nicks Fellowship

The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons invites suitable applicants who are citizens of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland to apply for the 2014 Rowan Nicks United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland Fellowship.

 

Rowan Nicks Scholarships and Fellowships are the most prestigious of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons' international awards and are directed at surgeons who have the potential to become leaders in their home country.

 

The Rowan Nicks United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland Fellowship is offered to a surgeon from the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland to take up the Fellowship in Australia or New Zealand and is valued at up to AU$75,000 pro-rata, depending on the funding situation of the candidate and provided sufficient funds are available. The Fellowship is open to applicants who have completed their training and aspire to become consultants or academics.
