The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is inviting undergraduates and FY1s to attend its Student Research Symposium which will take place at the College on 30 November 2012.

The Symposium will include a mini-symposium led by students, involving a number of short presentations. This provides an opportunity to present work undertaken during undergraduate training. These may be lab-based research projects or clinical audits, including any research submitted at previous symposia. There will also be guest lectures on surgical training and a prestigious monetary prize awarded, as well as publication in Surgeons' News for the best presentation, as selected by the panel of judges.
