The RCSEd Northern Ireland President's Forum 2018

The President of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is pleased to invite College membership and non-membership to the second RCSEd Northern Ireland President's Forum.

The event is open to all, so join us for an evening of presentations and discussions on the key topics affecting healthcare in Northern Ireland. Speakers include:

Joining the speakers for panel discussions on Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Training, But Were Afraid to Ask and Delivery of Surgical Services and Implementation of the Bengoa Report will be:

Mr Trevor Thompson
Consultant Urological Surgeon Belfast HSC Trust and Head of School of Surgery NIMDTA

Mr Mark Taylor
Consultant General Surgeon, member of the Bengoa Review Team and now the Transformational Implementation Group

Mr Michael Moran
RCSEd Member of Council for Trainees and ENT trainee

RCSEd Council Members Professor Rowan Parks and Mr Roger Currie will host the evening with sessions chaired by Ms Cate Scally, RCSEd Regional Surgical Advisor. It will kick off with a chance to network with other delegates with refreshments served from 6pm.

Delegates will have a further opportunity at the end of the evening to join the President, guest speakers and hosts for refreshments and informal discussions about the topics raised.

All delegates will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two copies of Principles and Practices of Surgery.

This event is open to the RCSEd membership and non-membership.
