INFLUENZA A (H1N1) - INFORMATION FOR EXAMINATION CANDIDATES AND COURSE DELEGATES

The effects of the current Swine Flu epidemic may make it necessary to cancel or postpone an examination or educational event. In such a circumstance, the College will make every effort to notify candidates or delegates as soon as the decision to cancel or postpone has been made.

Course fees and examination fees will be reimbursed in full, or carried forward to a rescheduled event, but the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh regrets that it will not incur any further liability.

Target Audience Orthopaedic Consultants and Trainees. Consultants interested in medico-legal work.
Learning Style Lecture based.
Aims and Objectives The aim of this symposium is to update orthopaedic surgeons who do general orthopaedics as part of their practice, on current developments and best practice within their area of special interest. Where possible, emphasis will be placed on current evidence-based best practice, when to refer and appropriate conservative management and investigation.
