The effects of the current Swine Flu epidemic may make it necessary to cancel or postpone an examination or educational event. In such a circumstance, the College will make every effort to notify candidates or delegates as soon as the decision to cancel or postpone has been made.

Course fees and examination fees will be reimbursed in full, or carried forward to a rescheduled event, but the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh regrets that it will not incur any further liability.

Lectures, interactive discussions. Operating on fresh frozen cadavers.

To revise the anatomy of the inguinal region, particularly from the extraperitoneal aspect. To practice the procedure of TEP repair.

Mr Bruce Tulloh

Be able to describe and recognise the anatomy of the inguinal canal from the extraperitoneal aspect. Be able to perform the steps of TEP repair.
