Accommodation is available to examinees and delegates of training courses and conferences, Fellows and other members of the medical profession and their immediate families, whether for a one night stay or for a year.

Single flats comprise a bed sitting room with an individual kitchen and bathroom and are suitable and let for single occupation only. Shared flats comprise of two single self-contained bed-sitting rooms with shared use of a kitchen and bathroom.

There are a number of family flats which are suitable for family occupation of 4/5 persons. Most comprise one double and one twin bedroom, large lounge, kitchen suitable for dining, and a bathroom. There are smaller family flats in Hill Place , suitable for occupation by a couple.

• Flats are let are let on a daily , weekly or monthly basis with the exception of family flats these are let for a minimum 6 month period.
  
• The rent includes the provision of bed linen, towels, cutlery and crockery. Residents are responsible for making their own beds and for maintaining the flats to an acceptable level of cleanliness, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. All flats (with the exception of long-term let and family flats whose residents shall be responsible for all cleaning) will be serviced weekly.
  
• A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required from residents renting for over one month. All rents are payable in advance.
  
• Coin operated washing and drying machines are available for use by all flat residents.
  
• There is a TV lounge in no.2 Hill Place which can be used by all residents.
  
• Keys are issued Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm unless by special arrangement.
