A Practical Introduction to Surgical Specialties Large group lectures, Small practical stations. This new event is a hybrid of the College’s Foundation Doctors’ Seminar and Undergraduate Day. Aside from the talks on each specialty and the practical sessions, there will be opportunities throughout the day to speak with the faculty and ask any questions that you might have about a career in surgery, or about a particular surgical specialty.
