The Next Step
The interview process consists of the following:
Once the vacancy has closed, received application forms are then shortlisted as per the criteria set out in the Job Description. If you are one of the successful candidates we will aim to contact you in the first instance by telephone followed up by a confirmation letter.
Your ‘Confirmation letter’ will give you full details of:
- Your interview time and duration
- The names of those on the interview panel
- If there is to be a proficiency test to be carried out
When/How Will I be Informed of the Outcome?
This will vary depending on the interviewers and the quality of the candidates seen. We will however endeavour to inform the successful candidate by close of play on the day of interviews failing which it will be on the following day.
If a decision has not been reached then it may be necessary to hold second interviews and a separate date and time will be advised to those candidates being invited to return.
You will be informed in the first instance by a telephone call.
Will I Receive Feedback?
All candidates invited for interview may receive feedback if requested.
