HR Manager
£30k - £35k Based in Edinburgh
This is an exciting senior role which will play a significant part in the College’s future success. You will be responsible for the College’s Human Resources management and will be expected to contribute strategically to its development plans.
As the leader of the HR team, you will develop the HR function (including Health & Safety) to provide first-class support to the College directors, managers and staff. In addition, you will play a key role in formulating innovative and effective policies and practices to assist the College in achieving its ambitious aims and objectives.
You will be a graduate and CIPD qualified with proven in-depth knowledge of and experience in the full range of HR activities. A committed professional and excellent communicator, you will relish the challenges and opportunities of this dynamic role.
